Bishop Joseph B. Willigers, we miss you. You were a Father to us. May God reward you for your pastoral zeal you exhibited during your episcopate, the spiritual nourishment you gave to people of the diocese of Jinja and the financial assistance you accorded your priests, seminarians, catechists, the needy and many others. May your soul rest in peace. May the Good work you did in Jinja not go un rewarded
